How is a bat­tery chan­ge done?

Bat­te­ries are wea­ring parts. Soo­ner or later an exch­an­ge is neces­sa­ry. The spe­cial bat­tery of the CAN­touch can­not be chan­ged by the user. Plea­se don’t try to open the device – it could be mes­sed up easily.
Plea­se open a sup­port ticket when it is time to chan­ge the bat­tery of your device.
